How the programme works

Everything below is how we actually count and pay. If your dashboard ever disagrees with this page, tell us — one of the two is wrong and we want to know which.

What earns you money

Someone enters your code when they book their first clean. They get money off, and once that clean is finished and paid for, your fee is yours.

Three things have to be true, and all three are checked automatically: it has to be that person's first booking with leestly, the code has to be entered by them at checkout, and the booking has to be completed and paid — not just placed.

One client, one fee

Each person counts once, ever. Their second, fifth and twentieth cleans earn nothing extra — the fee is for bringing someone new, not for what they spend afterwards.

If the same person somehow arrives through two different codes, only the first one that completes a paid booking earns the fee.

When the money moves

A completed booking shows up in your dashboard as Held. It stays there for 14 days while the booking can still be cancelled, refunded or disputed — paying you for a clean that later gets refunded would mean paying for a client who never really arrived.

When that window closes, the amount moves to Payable now. We transfer it to you — bank or PayPal, whatever we agreed — and mark it Paid in your dashboard with the transfer reference, so what you see always matches what landed.

If a booking is refunded before we pay you, that row is cancelled. If it is refunded after, the amount comes off your next transfer.

Sharing your code

Say it plainly: your code gives money off a first clean. That is the part your audience cares about, and it is true.

Put it wherever it lives naturally — a story, a caption, a pinned comment, a link in bio. There is no tracking link to remember and nothing to install: the code is the whole mechanism, and it works no matter how someone reached the app.

Please do not put it on coupon aggregators or deal sites. Those bring people who were already booking and would have paid full price, which is not what the programme is for — and it is the fastest way to burn a code's budget on nothing.

What does not count

Yourself, your other accounts, or a booking paid with your own card. We check this automatically and it is the one thing that gets a code shut off rather than flagged.

Bookings that were cancelled or refunded. Bookings by people who already had a leestly account.

If something looks unusual — a sudden burst of sign-ups, the same card across several clients — the row waits for a human to look at it instead of being paid or dropped silently. A real spike from a post that did well gets approved; that is exactly why a person checks rather than a rule deciding.

What you can see, and what you cannot

Your dashboard shows how many clients you brought, what is held, what is payable and what has been paid, plus a dated line for each one.

It does not show who they are. Names, addresses and what they spent are their business, not ours to hand out — and not yours to receive. If you need something specific to plan a campaign, ask us and we will tell you what we can.

Where to ask

Anything unclear, anything that looks wrong in your numbers, or a campaign you want to plan with us — write to partners@leestly.com. A person reads it.
