There is a third way in: the leestly connector lets an assistant like Claude check a price, find a time, use your saved addresses and hand you a secure payment link — the same account and the same pricing as the app.

No. Both are free to download and free to use. The cleaning is what costs money, and its price is quoted in the app for the specific booking rather than advertised as a rate.
If you want your home cleaned, leestly cleaning services. If you clean for a living and want the work, leestly for cleaners. They are separate apps because they are separate jobs — one is a shopping list, the other is a working day.
Yes. Both apps are on Google Play as well as the App Store, and they are the same apps — same account, same prices, same bookings, whichever phone you are holding.
Booking happens in the app, or through the AI connector if you use an assistant that supports it. Either way the price is worked out for your address and your rooms rather than taken from a table.
Identity and bank verification before the first job — government ID, a selfie and a phone number. After that it is ratings, which only come from completed cleans.
